73ec119a58 Fix KPG Explained chapter ordering and add missing KPG principle box 
- Reorganized files to follow strict ordering: EPG → KPG → Content → Quality Check
- Created new KPG principle guidance box (02-kpg-kpg-principle.md)
- Corrected numbering sequence: 01 (EPG) → 02 (KPG) → 03 (Text) → 04 (Quick Reference) → 99 (Quality Check)
- Maintains de-CH language throughout

05e7e283cb Shorten vertical hint columns to appropriate length (10-21 lines) 
- Reduced verbose vertical hint columns across all chapters
- Maintained all content in de-CH (Swiss German)
- Kept essential guidance while removing excessive detail
- No tables in any vertical columns
- Content reference model: 2024-001 structure (7-14 lines)
- All chapters now have concise vertical hints with clear checklists

f2f57dea1d fix: remove duplicate points, trim guidance boxes, add missing KPG boxes 
- Remove EPG point system (Pkt., P., Punkte) from quality check boxes,
  guidance.md files, and hint fields; points remain only in EPG boxes (amber)
- Convert quality check items to concise checkbox format without point values
- Remove EPG-Checkliste sections and Bewertungskriterien tables from guidance.md
- Add KPG principle box for goalSetting (02-goals-kpg-principle.md)
- Add KPG principle box for reflection (02-reflection-kpg-principle.md)

- 010-introduction: Change EPG guidance variant rose→amber (scoring info, not warning)
  - Enrich guidance.md with comprehensive book refs and inline evidence
  - Add footnote to quality check with EPG assessment criteria links
  - Improve hint/footnote on text block with EPG competency description
  - Improve privacy checkbox footnote with book link
  - Enrich index.jsonc overview

18f655384f fix: subtract 1 from all book page indices (off-by-one correction) 
- Decremented page numbers in arbeit.index.json (363 entries)
- Decremented page numbers in praxis.index.json (284 entries)
- Fixed book links in 31 markdown files (arbeit/praxis only)
- EPG links left unchanged (already correct)
- Display text 'Buch S. NNN' updated to match URL page numbers
- Fixed pre-existing validation: labels/availableLabels as JSON arrays

241c684a43 Enrich guidance, hints, footnotes for steps 010–030 with KB evidence 
- Fix EPG grading criteria in 010-introduction: correct point breakdown
  (1.5/1.5/1.0/2.0) from EPG Ausführungsbestimmungen S. 7
- Add rose variant for EPG grading boxes, book links to evidence pages
- Fill empty 020 EPG guidance box with criteria and Punkteskala (S. 9)
- Enrich 030 KPG quick-reference with book links (arbeit S. 146–157)
- Add footnotes to all markdown and guidance-box blocks
- Improve hints with specific numbered criteria and page references
- Add Qualitätsprüfung (slate) blocks for all 3 pages
- Add EPG context guidance (amber) for 030-kpgExplained
- Enrich all 3 guidance.md with checklists, tips, and book links

8f1e015940 feat: restructure case data per EPG v3 Strukturvorgaben (PRD-088 Task 8) 
Each 'Textfeld' in EPG spec = 1 markdown block file with section titles
(***bold+italic***) inside the body. Consolidated multiple small blocks
into fewer, larger text fields per chapter.

Key changes per chapter:
- Kap.1: 8 blocks → 3 items (guidance + text + checkbox)
- Kap.2: 5 blocks → 2 items (guidance + text)
- Kap.3: 3 blocks → 2 items (quick-ref + text)
- Kap.3.1: 15 blocks → 6 items (preserving all user content)
- Kap.3.2: 7 blocks → 10 items (structured analysis methods)
- Kap.3.3: 12 blocks → 11 items (structured theories)
- Kap.3.4: 4 blocks → 6 items (Fernziel + Grobziele)
- Kap.3.5: 8 blocks → 9 items (4-step process)
- Kap.4: 7 blocks → 5 items (4 reflection fields)
- Kap.5: renamed for consistency
