f2f57dea1d fix: remove duplicate points, trim guidance boxes, add missing KPG boxes 
- Remove EPG point system (Pkt., P., Punkte) from quality check boxes,
  guidance.md files, and hint fields; points remain only in EPG boxes (amber)
- Convert quality check items to concise checkbox format without point values
- Remove EPG-Checkliste sections and Bewertungskriterien tables from guidance.md
- Add KPG principle box for goalSetting (02-goals-kpg-principle.md)
- Add KPG principle box for reflection (02-reflection-kpg-principle.md)

- Fix incorrect book links: praxis/125-126 → arbeit/165,170 (Situationserfassung)

- Fix typo 'Whle' → 'Wähle' in analysis EPG guidance
- Correct EPG max points for Situationserfassung: 9 → 10 (per EPG Ausführungsbestimmungen)

8f1e015940 feat: restructure case data per EPG v3 Strukturvorgaben (PRD-088 Task 8) 
Each 'Textfeld' in EPG spec = 1 markdown block file with section titles
(***bold+italic***) inside the body. Consolidated multiple small blocks
into fewer, larger text fields per chapter.

Key changes per chapter:
- Kap.1: 8 blocks → 3 items (guidance + text + checkbox)
- Kap.2: 5 blocks → 2 items (guidance + text)
- Kap.3: 3 blocks → 2 items (quick-ref + text)
- Kap.3.1: 15 blocks → 6 items (preserving all user content)
- Kap.3.2: 7 blocks → 10 items (structured analysis methods)
- Kap.3.3: 12 blocks → 11 items (structured theories)
- Kap.3.4: 4 blocks → 6 items (Fernziel + Grobziele)
- Kap.3.5: 8 blocks → 9 items (4-step process)
- Kap.4: 7 blocks → 5 items (4 reflection fields)
- Kap.5: renamed for consistency
