Csaba Fabian f2f57dea1d fix: remove duplicate points, trim guidance boxes, add missing KPG boxes 
- Remove EPG point system (Pkt., P., Punkte) from quality check boxes,
  guidance.md files, and hint fields; points remain only in EPG boxes (amber)
- Convert quality check items to concise checkbox format without point values
- Remove EPG-Checkliste sections and Bewertungskriterien tables from guidance.md
- Add KPG principle box for goalSetting (02-goals-kpg-principle.md)
- Add KPG principle box for reflection (02-reflection-kpg-principle.md)

  • Kooperation: Kooperation mit Klient*in und Beteiligten differenziert und konkret dargestellt
  • Inhaltliche Tiefe: Analyse enthält relevante und vertiefende Aspekte
  • Hypothesen: Konstatierende Hypothesen schlüssig abgeleitet, korrekt formuliert und gewichtet (kein «weil», «deshalb»!)
  • Fallthematik: Präzise und schlüssig formuliert, passende Grundlage für die Diagnose
  • Trennschärfe: Konstatierend beschrieben (WAS ist) statt erklärt (WARUM)
