- Fix EPG max points: 10->9 (per EPG Ausfuehrungsbestimmungen)
- Fix book link: praxis/200->arbeit/242 (Wahl geeigneter Wissensbestaende)
- Add detailed EPG criteria with point breakdown
- Add book references to KPG principle box (arbeit S. 232, 235)
- Update hints with KB terminology and specific book references
- Add footnotes to all markdown blocks
- Update quality check with EPG-aligned checklist

070-goalSetting:
- Fix EPG max points: 9->10 (per EPG Ausfuehrungsbestimmungen)
- Fix book links: praxis/284->arbeit/278 (Loesungsorientierung),
  praxis/286->arbeit/279 (ZRM), praxis/302->arbeit/284 (Zielformulierung),

Theoriegeleitetes Fallverstehen (Buch S. 242): Nutze wissenschaftliche Theorien als «Scheinwerfer» zur Beleuchtung der Fallthematik. Wähle mindestens 2 Theorien, leite erklärende Weil-Hypothesen ab und verdichte diese zu einer handlungsleitenden Wenn-Dann-Arbeitshypothese (Buch S. 245). EPG-Bewertung: max. 9 Punkte.
