- Cooperative goal-setting process: concrete and comprehensible (1.5)
- Hierarchical goal formulation; levels in relationship (1.5)
- Goals correctly formulated (end state, no confusion with measures) (3.0)
- Goals professionally justified; linked to previous steps (3.0)
- Educational vs. support goals: distinction correct (1.0)
**Methods:** Solution-oriented approach, ZRM, SMART criteria. Assess goals on three levels: head (theory), heart (meaning), hand (practice).
