***Ziel des Prozessschrittes***
|
||
|
||
In der Situationserfassung mache ich mir ein umfassendes Bild der Fallsituation. Ich setze den Realitätsausschnitt und trage zusammen, was ist. Es geht ausschliesslich um das Sammeln von Informationen. Dazu habe ich verschiedene Methoden eingesetzt: Erkundungsgespräche, Beobachtungen im sozialpädagogischen Alltag, Journal-Einträge anderer Fachpersonen, Rückmeldungen an Sitzungen, Standortgespräche sowie das Studium bestehender Berichte und Akten.
