Drei klassische Methoden zur Situationserfassung – kombiniere sie für ein multiperspektivisches Bild:

1. **Erkundungsgespräche** – Formelle und informelle Gespräche mit Klient*in, Angehörigen und Fachpersonen. Nutze offene Impulsfragen und aufmerksames Zuhören. Das narrative Interview bietet einen direkten Zugang zur subjektiven Erlebenswelt ([Hochuli Freund/Stotz 2021, S. 169–171](/book/arbeit/169)).

2. **Beobachtung** – Freie oder strukturierte Fremdbeobachtung im Alltag ([Hochuli Freund/Stotz 2021, S. 174](/book/arbeit/174)). Entwickle fallspezifische Beobachtungsbogen: Vorinformationen, Themen, Hypothesen vergegenwärtigen, dann Thema, Fragestellung und Ziel festlegen ([S. 177](/book/arbeit/177)).

3. **Aktenstudium** – Reflektierte, fokussierte Erfassung aus Berichten, Gutachten, Hilfeplänen. Beachte: Akten sind Konstruktionen — bleibe offen und bilde keine Vorurteile ([Hochuli Freund/Stotz 2021, S. 181](/book/arbeit/181)).
