**Erfassungsmethoden:** Nutze geeignete Methoden zur Situationserfassung – z. B. Erkundungsgespräche, Beobachtung (frei oder strukturiert) und Aktenstudium. Methodische Hilfsmittel wie Realitätsausschnitt, Strukturierungsraster und Leitfäden findest du im ([Hochuli Freund/Stotz 2021, S. 165](/book/arbeit/165)). Formen von Erkundungsgesprächen sind beschrieben im ([S. 169](/book/arbeit/169)).
