Definition: KPG ist ein generalistisches, professionstheoretisch fundiertes, methodenintegratives, auf Kooperation ausgerichtetes Konzept zur Gestaltung professionellen Handelns (Buch S. 154).
Zwei Phasen:
- Analytisch-diagnostische Phase: Situationserfassung → Analyse → Diagnose
- Handlungsphase: Zielsetzung → Interventionsplanung → Durchführung → Evaluation
Kernprinzipien:
- Kooperation: Arbeitsbeziehung mit Klient*innen, Einbezug mehrerer Perspektiven, inter-/intraprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit (Buch S. 146)
- Transparenz: Klient*innen verstehen und partizipieren an Entscheidungen
- Zirkuläres Modell: Iterativer Prozess – der Rückbezug auf das Prozessmodell erlaubt, das Handeln jederzeit neu zu strukturieren (Buch S. 148)
- Methodenintegration: Methoden werden fallbezogen und qualitätsgeprüft beigezogen (Buch S. 157)
