**Definition:** KPG ist ein generalistisches, professionstheoretisch fundiertes, methodenintegratives, auf Kooperation ausgerichtetes Konzept zur Gestaltung professionellen Handelns ([Buch S. 154](/book/arbeit/154)).
|
||
|
||
**Zwei Phasen:**
|
||
- Analytisch-diagnostische Phase: Situationserfassung → Analyse → Diagnose
|
||
- Handlungsphase: Zielsetzung → Interventionsplanung → Durchführung → Evaluation
|
||
|
||
**Kernprinzipien:**
|
||
- **Kooperation:** Arbeitsbeziehung mit Klient\*innen, Einbezug mehrerer Perspektiven, inter-/intraprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit ([Buch S. 146](/book/arbeit/146))
|
||
- **Transparenz:** Klient\*innen verstehen und partizipieren an Entscheidungen
|
||
- **Zirkuläres Modell:** Iterativer Prozess – der Rückbezug auf das Prozessmodell erlaubt, das Handeln jederzeit neu zu strukturieren ([Buch S. 148](/book/arbeit/148))

||
- **Methodenintegration:** Methoden werden fallbezogen und qualitätsgeprüft beigezogen ([Buch S. 157](/book/arbeit/157))
